Goal : The purpose of this training les nouveautés utilisateurs de SharePoint 2010 par rapport à la version 2007.
Audience : This training is intended primarily for people responsible for SharePoint websites or SharePoint Portals but can however also be of interest to users whose security rights are limited.
Prerequisites : An excellent knowledge of the 2007 version is required (advanced document management, advanced lists management, complex site collections management experience). It is not recommended to take this training if the trainee migrate from the 2003 version of SharePoint to 2010.
Goals :
- Introduction
- SharePoint Workspace software is depreciated
- The link to the My Site has been removed
- Meeting Workspace have been removed
- By default assigning someone to a task does not send an e-mail automatically by default
- MS InfoPath forms linked to SharePoint Designer Workflows have been deprecated
- SharePoint libraries and list have now a small Search Box that filter results in real time
- You can add now very quickly a small Search Box to any List or Library Web Part
- You can now edit multiple line fields in Datasheet View.
- You can now directly add Images/Videos in Discussion Board topics
- The button to send a SharePoint List or Library to Microsoft Visio for analysis has been removed
- The Chart Web Part has been removed/depreciated
- The symbol "-" anywhere in a search string will be interpreted as a negation (following ISO 9660)
- SharePoint Store has been added
- New Metro GUI with Tiles and everything is now "app" oriented
- Navigate up button has been removed
