Goal : In this course you will learn the elementary statistical tools (level TQ3/Green Belt) of quality analysis that are available in R for corporates applying statistical process control (SPC) in the area of factoring, administration (Lean Office), supply chain, engineering, human resources, marketing, management or R&D. No maths will be done or explained during this course (you can request the corresponding theoretical course).
Audience : Engineers, chemists, biologists, logisticians, managers, quality experts, statisticians or other profile having to do statistical analysis (according to international quality standards) as part of their work and wishing to avoid creating formulas or macros within a spreadsheet software.
Prerequisites : Have taken the R course on the fundamentals of handling row data and elementary statistics, or have equivalent knowledge. Mastering international standards and quality standards (ISO) in the field of activity of your business/administration. The trainee must also have the ability to mentally represent simple and complex mechanisms process. Since the course includes demonstration and hands-on use of a software, participants should master file management in MS Windows/Linux/Mac based personal computer.
