(more...)There are approximately 180 graphs (visual) potentially useful depending on the needs for the analysis of the proper functioning of an organization or a process and which can be found in KPIs, reports, dashboards (prospective or retrospective) . This large amount of graphs (visual) means that employees often use the same graphs that may seem relevant but are most often naive, not robust or simply wrong...! The purpose of this training is to comprehensively present the existing graphics with their advantages and disadvantages (5 minutes on average are spent per visual).
